Instructions
To Change Settings:
Step 1: You can modify your meeting options in both the Teams or Outlook applications
In Teams, go to Calendar , select a meeting, and then Meeting options.
In Outlook, select the meeting, and click on Meeting Options
Step 2: This will bring up a Web Browser window. From here you can customize Meeting options for participants.
Step 3: Once desired settings are set, click Save. Once you see confirmation that changes were saved, you may close the browser window.
