Instructions
Step 1: Sign into delve.office.com
Step 2: Click "Me" on the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Click on your profile picture (photo or initials) to upload a new photo.
Step 4: You can also update your contact information by clicking "Update profile"
Step 5: Please note that you may have to sign out of Teams and sign back in for the photo to reflect in calls and meetings.
Simply click your profile icon on the top right of Teams and then click "Sign out"
