Meeting Notes With OneNote
Summary
OneNote can be used to make the note-taking process for meetings much easier while keeping you organized. OneNote can be launched directly from your Outlook calendar or meeting appointment. You can then insert details onto the OneNote page, including the present attendee list and any attachments. Then your notes can be easy stored and shared with your Team!

Prerequisites
Instructions
From your Outlook calendar
Step 1: Select the meeting or appointment you wish to take notes on.
Step 2: Select “Meeting Notes” from the “Meeting Series” tab of the tool bar.
Step 3: You can collaborate on notes that have been shared with you, or take notes of your own. Lets choose “Take notes on your own” for this walkthrough.
Step 4: Select the Notebook or Section you would like to create your notes in. If you choose a section a new page will be created. Then select Ok. (You can check the box if you wish to always use this location)
From OneNote
From the OneNote Toolbar select the Home tab. Then select the meeting you wish to use from "Meeting Details".
Taking Notes
Your meeting info will automatically populate in the selected location. Attendance can be taken by selecting the participants that were present during the meeting. Using the field under “Notes” you can add notes and attachments as you wish.
Sending Notes With Outlook
To easily convert your meeting notes back into Outlook, select “Email Page” from the “Home” section of the Tool Bar.
Your meeting notes will be composed in a new Outlook message that can be easily shared.
