Prerequisites

Accounts:
In our instance of Salesforce an Account represents the profile for a Health System, Hospital, Facility, or Location that is a current Client or has the potential to be a Client with our company.

This information in this screenshot is just an example and is subject to change
In this Example, The Account Profile Page we are currently looking at is "Mount Carmel - St. Ann's Hospital". This single location is part of a bigger regional Health System called "Mount Carmel Health System". Mount Carmel is a regional health system that is also part of a Larger Health System called "Trinity Health (FKA CHE Trinity Health)"
Account Teams:
To View or Create the Account team, click Button in the top right of the Account Team Widget and "Add Team Members"
In the Next screen you can choose to Add additional Account Team Members by looking up the User(s) and their Role(s).
For User - Select the User you wish to add to the Account Team
Team Role - Select the Title/Role of the individual you are adding to the Team
Account Access - Read/Write this will give the user Edit ability on the Parent Account record.
Case Access - Read/Write this will give the user Edit ability on the Child Cases (We do not use this Object YET, so don't worry about this for now, keep the default Read/Write)
Opportunity Access - Select Read Only, unless the Team Member is a Sales Role. (You can only give access Read/Write if you have Read/Write to that object. So if you have Read only to Opportunity, you are unable to give Read/Write to Opportunity)
For these 3 columns (Account/Case/Opportunity unless directed otherwise, keep these as the default selection)
Once you click "SAVE" the new Team Member(s) will be added.
To Remove Team Members, click Button next to the Team Member you wish to remove and "DELELTE"
Line of Business Teams:
Since CPS Salesforce Release 1.9.0 we have now separated some Team Roles to be viewed and managed from the Line of Business as the Parent Record.
Some Roles will still exist on the Account Parent.

Account Hierarchies:
You can view the entire Hierarchy by clicking VIEW ACCOUNT HEIRARCHY. (Refer back to the First screenshot)
The Account Profile we are coming from is labeled with Current. Each Regional Health System can be expanded by clicking the ">" symbol to the Left. The Example below is expanding Mercy Health Muskegon
